Their ramen is really more affordable compared to others. One of the most ordered dish is the Stamina Ramen (P168). It’s miso-base and has plenty of vegetables.
Ukokkei Ramen opened in 2007 and it has become one of the most popular ramen joints in Metro Manila. The source of the delicious soup is a rare kind of chicken, the Ukokkei. A long time ago, it has been used in Chinese medicinal cooking because the nutrients were effective for stabilizing blood pressure, revitalizing the liver, and preventing aging and other stuff. Since the soup is stewed for 12 hours, it gives it the golden colour and makes it so flavorful. They serve three types of ramen: miso, soy sauce and salt which are all ordered from Japan.
Ramen Daisho‘s soup uses only high-quality ingredients. It is made with medicinal herbs used for cooking in China. The noodles are made in Japan. They have three types of noodles: chewy curly noodles, soft flat noodles, and the straight noodles, specifically Hakata-style noodles. One of the most popular ramen is the miso chasu ramen.
