The coffee beans used here are exclusively roasted Arabica beans picked by Master Kanno, their coffee blend specialist. Using the hand-drip method to ensure a perfect brew that’s rich in flavor and aroma, it’s an experience that elevates the simple act of drinking your favorite caffeinated drink to a whole new level.
However, Hoshino Coffee is not just about coffee. The cafe offers fruit teas and a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes, including its famous souffle pancakes, omelette rice, and Japanese-style spaghetti.
