    SECTION 6. Damages/Compensation

    1. By using the Platform, the User shall free the Platform, the Company, or any of its officers and staff from any liability caused by damages sustained by the User, or by the User caused to others User/s, or to any third party.
    2. Users shall defend the Platform, the Company, or any of its s officers and staff from any suit caused by the use of the Platform.

    SECTION 7. Liability and Security

    1. Users shall indemnify the Company from any suit or damage sustained by third persons due to identity theft, use/disclosure of data without consent from the real owners, or other fraudulent acts committed by Users.
    2. Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Company and its respective officers and staff harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with any breach by Users of these Terms and Conditions.

    SECTION 8. Severability

    1. Any provision of this Agreement which is declared void or unenforceable by any competent authority or court shall to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability be deemed severable and shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue unaffected.

    SECTION 9. Agreement Modifications

    1. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice. The Platform may also revise this Agreement from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing the Agreement periodically, and continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
    2. Users leave the sole discretion to the Platform to determine the right to remove any information from the website, which decision is final.

    SECTION 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regular courts of Makati City, Philippines.
