Andale by Agave is, for all intents and purposes, a Mexican restaurant. In case you’re wondering, yes, it is related to Agave Mexican Cantina in McKinley Hill. At around three on a Friday afternoon, it’s quiet in the street of Felipe in Makati, where El Chupacabra is. By evening, however, everything changes.
