Giwon Korean Steakhouse presents a distinctive dining experience that combines the richness of a steakhouse with the interactive appeal of a yakiniku restaurant where guests can enjoy thick, premium cuts of meat grilled right at their tables, creating a hands-on and elevated dining experience.

For an indulgent experience, the restaurant offers curated course sets served with a choice of soup, white rice, banchan, steamed egg, and dessert of the day, along with three condiments: truffle salt, ponzu & wasabi, and house-made ssamjang.
The Woo-makase (Php 7,500), good for 2 to 3 persons, features a 5-steak course composed of Angus, Dry Aged, and Hybrid Wagyu varieties sourced from farms in the US, Australia, and Japan. Each cut is aged differently to highlight its unique qualities, offering a guided journey through premium beef selections. Guests may also opt for a wine pairing (Php 450 per glass or Php 3,800 additional per person).

For larger groups, the Wagyu Omakase (Php 15,000), good for 4 to 5 persons, showcases eight distinct Wagyu cuts from different breeds, combining dry-aged, wet-aged, and fresh beef selections balanced with Dry Aged Angus. This set is ideal for those who want to explore a wide range of textures and flavors, with an optional wine pairing (Php 450 per glass or Php 4,000 additional per person).

They restaurant also serves appetizers such as the Matang Fries (Php 380), featuring candied Korean sweet potato fries topped with roasted sesame seeds, and the Salmon Sashimi Katsu (Php 650), a katsu-style salmon sashimi served with Japanese-style tartar sauce.
