    Leading Lung Hin’s culinary team is Chef Waai Hoi Yeung, also known as Chef Raymond, a Hong Kong native with more than two decades of experience in Chinese cuisine. He began his professional career in 2001 and previously served as the No. 1 Chinese Chef at the Congress Restaurant of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

    In 2009, he received the Gold Award in the Modern Chinese Cuisine Challenge–Hot Cooking Vegetarian category at the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic during HOFEX. Chef Raymond has since continued to refine his craft at several five-star hotels in Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the Philippines, progressing through key roles such as Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine–Chinese, and Executive Chef for Chinese cuisine.
