Beso Cucina Vinoteka started its business in April 2012 and has a reputation of serving modern Spanish cuisine. Paella, tapas, and many other dishes are seasoned by Beso Cucina to have a refined yet out-of-the-ordinary taste. The paella (photo 1), has a lot of pork and seafood (shrimp, squid, and mussels) and it only costs P580, which is good for 2-3 servings. Its most bestseller, though, is its Angus beef rib (P 1, 480). The restaurant’s interior has an eye-catching red and white motif, giving out a very Spanish vibe.
