Bamba Bistro serves Filipino-Western cuisines that are from the original concept of the restaurant’s owner. The owner grew up fond of cooking, Ms. Cristina ‘Tina’ Legarda is a talented chef who trained under under the famous names in the culinary world like Chef Jessie, Billy King and Maio Batali.
Bamba Bistro is a combination of gourmet comfort food and modern bistro. Her recipes are the reinvention of the family’s favourite. The menu consists of the food on which she grew up with but has a diverse and playful approach on it. The restaurant’s interior and style also gives a comfortable ambiance to the customers.

One of their bestsellers is the Artichoke Crostini. It is a baguette with pesto sauce, topped with ricotta cheese plus balsamic sauce sprinkled with artichoke.
Next is the Le Cochon Sliders–crispy fried coleslaw wonton with purple cabbage and lechon combined with eel sauce. They also serve Rich Tomato Risotto Topped with shrimp.
