Persia Grill in Makati: Authentic Middle Eastern Recipes
If you are thinking of trying something new, how about dining in a Persian restaurant? Persia Grill started as small Middle Eastern restaurant in Salcedo Village. Now, it already has 6 branches. The owner is from Tehran, Iran. The dishes were inspired by his grandmother’s own recipe. They only use natural ingredients and don’t add any preservatives. They also use a lot of eggplants in their dishes like All Vegetable Mussaka (Photo 2), which is one of their best-sellers. It is seasoned with olive oil, tomatoes and chickpeas. Of course, don’t forget to try the all-time specialty kebabs like the Chelo Kebab Kubideh served with yoghurt dip and Persian rice.
