Passion
Passion is an authentic Cantonese restaurant that is located at the second floor of the luxurious Maxim Hotel. The interior is very classy and spacious. The round tables are neatly arranged. This is the largest restaurant in Resorts World Manila; it can accommodate 400 people. This restaurant is, indeed, grandeur.
Chef David Chu Wai Fung continues to protect the distinctive taste of the food that Passion offers. Most of their customers are patrons. Two of the most popular dishes are the crispy roasted pigeon (Photo 1) and the green crab dish (Photo 2). They also offer all-you-can eat dim sum for only P750 for adults and P500 for children 6 to 11 years old. Accompany their exquisite dishes with refreshing fruit juices.
