    Antipodean Coffee Manila

    Tucked in the corners of Paseo De Roxas is Antipodean Coffee Manila, a go-to place for some coffee kick. It also boasts an extensive yet well-rounded menu, from breakfast to dinner meals—and everything in between!

    Honolulu HK Cafe

    You probably know about the famous and mouthwatering egg tarts of Honolulu HK Cafe. Well, for the first half of the year, they already opened two branches here in the Philippines—one in Robinsons Manila and one in SM Aura. Aside from the well-loved egg tarts, they also boast Hong Kong and Asian cuisines, while the Robinsons Manila branch also serves roasted goodness!

    Teppan Okochi Rockwell

    Teppan Okochi in Rockwell is the restaurant’s newest and biggest branch priding itself with its teppanyaki—a style of Japanese cuisine where food is cooked on an iron griddle. This newly opened branch is also the sole branch that offers pasta—a rare sight in most Japanese restaurants.

    Shake Shack

    You’ve probably heard about Shake Shack coming to the Philippines since last year. Well, good news! They opened last May in BGC, and everybody’s going crazy over the oh-so-yummy, honest-to-goodness burgers, hotdogs, fries, and frozen treats.

    Namba Station

    Namba Station instantly became a crowd favorite, especially among corporate workers around the Venetian-inspired mall when it opened last February. They serve typical Japanese favorites such as ramen, sushi, sashimi, and yakitori. The menu is modified by its well-trained and passionate chef, so everyone is guaranteed to experience a true Japanese food galore.

    Cocina Peruvia The Podium

    Manila used to have very little restaurants offering Peruvian cuisine. Thankfully, Cocina Peruvia opened to offer a festive yet homey introduction to the taste of Peru. With their colorful interiors and familiar flavors albeit exotic menu, it is safe to say that Cocina Peruvia looks so amazing that your return will surely be on the horizon.

    Musashi Maru Glorietta

    Washoku-Musashi Maru just opened in Japan Town, Glorietta—and they are the only Japanese restaurant to use the automated sushi conveyor in Metro Manila, bringing you small plates of sushi, sashimi, and kaizen straight to your table. The new Makati branch features the same favorites, but with an even bigger space.

    If you’re familiar with the fun novelty shop called Quirks, then you’ll surely enjoy a visit to QHouse in Uptown Mall—the shop’s cafe counterpart. You’ll find that their menu is a combination of contrasts. From savory to sweet and indulgence to healthy, there will certainly be something on the menu for you! They serve a variety of drinks and dishes including milkshakes, froyo pots, qizzas, and fries.

    Coffee lovers, harlan + holden coffee saves the day with their first ever online coffee shop! Not to mention that they’re the first mod bar concept in the country—and completely cashless. They offer house blend, single origin and decaf. For vegans and vegetarians, you may upgrade to their almond milk for an additional charge.

    The popular Snacks and Ladders all the way from Maginhawa St. in Quezon City gave birth to its new baby, Shakes, and Ladders, located in BF Homes, Paranaque City. They have over 100 board games available and focus more on snacks that are ultimately known as comfort food for Filipinos.
