Several Restaurants and Stores Close at Alabang Town Center Amid Ongoing Redevelopment

Alabang Town Center is undergoing significant changes as its ongoing redevelopment continues, with several restaurants and retail stores permanently closing or announcing their final day of operations. The latest phase of the transformation also includes the temporary closure of The Street beginning August 3, 2026, as parts of the mall undergo renovation.

Among the confirmed restaurant closures are Popeyes, which served its last customers on July 31, 2026, and Wee Nam Kee, which announced that its Alabang Town Center branch will permanently close on August 17, 2026.

Other confirmed closures include Cold Stone Creamery and American Eagle, both of which have already ceased operations at the mall.

Meanwhile, some establishments have announced temporary closures as redevelopment progresses. Chili’sAlabang Town Center confirmed that it will temporarily close and is expected to return after the renovation.

Despite the ongoing changes, several businesses along the affected area will continue operating during the renovation. These include Bench Fix Salon, Dimensione, Fully Booked, Healthy Options, Jamba Juice, Krispy Kreme, Marugame Udon, Mary Grace, Mothercare, and The Loop. The mall has advised shoppers that these establishments will remain open while work is underway.

The closures come as Rockwell Land carries out its long-term redevelopment plans for Alabang Town Center following its acquisition of a controlling stake in the property. The project will be completed in phases, with upgrades aimed at refreshing the retail mix, improving public spaces, and enhancing the overall shopping experience while allowing the mall to continue operating.

As redevelopment continues, additional tenant movements and store openings are expected to be announced over the coming months.
