Mitsuyado Ramen Shokudo recently opened in Japan Town, Glorietta with their special kind of broth, noodles, and pork all the way from Japan.
Mitsuyado Ramen is part of the Mitsuyado Sei-Men House of Tsukemen brand that offers affordable tonkotsu ramen dishes with four choices of broth: White Original, Red Spicy, Black Garlic, and Green Matcha for Php 180 each.
If you’re ready for the bigger bowls, try the Char Siu Ramen (Php 280), pick your broth to go with it, and enjoy a delicious ring of pork strips, heavy thick broth, and freshly-made ramen noodles.

Love eggs? Go wild for the Ajitama Ramen (Php 220) with Mitsuyado’s style of seasoned half-boiled eggs that add a bit of saltiness and depth to your ramen bowl. If you want the egg by itself, it is available as an add-on for only Php 40.

How to get here
- From Ayala Avenue, head northwest then make a right at Paseo de Roxas. Make another right to Makati Avenue and left to Ayala Avenue. Continue on Palm Drive. Japan Town is located at the 4/F Top of the Glo, Glorietta 2.
- For those with vehicles, you can park at the Glorietta Underground Carpark, the Paseo Steel Carpark, or at Park Square.
