  • Mitsuyado Ramen Shokudo in Japan Town: Mix and Match Your Ramen Broth
  • There’s another reason to enjoy a bowl of goodness!

Mitsuyado Ramen Shokudo recently opened in Japan Town, Glorietta with their special kind of broth, noodles, and pork all the way from Japan.

Mitsuyado Ramen is part of the Mitsuyado Sei-Men House of Tsukemen brand that offers affordable tonkotsu ramen dishes with four choices of broth: White Original, Red Spicy, Black Garlic, and Green Matcha for Php 180 each.

If you’re ready for the bigger bowls, try the Char Siu Ramen (Php 280), pick your broth to go with it, and enjoy a delicious ring of pork strips, heavy thick broth, and freshly-made ramen noodles.

Love eggs? Go wild for the Ajitama Ramen (Php 220) with Mitsuyado’s style of seasoned half-boiled eggs that add a bit of saltiness and depth to your ramen bowl. If you want the egg by itself, it is available as an add-on for only Php 40.

Mitsuyado Ramen also has rice bowls or donburi choices, such as the classic Gyu Don (Php 200), the hot and crunchy Ebi Tempura Don (Php 220), or the juicy Chicken Karaage Don (Php 200).

Sample one of their bestsellers, Pork Cutlet Don (Php 200) with thick pork evenly coated with batter and crunchy breading, topped with a good amount of sauce that goes well with their rice.

After picking up your bowls from the station, you may choose your preferred side dishes and drinks before paying. There is also a station where you can add red ginger, seasonings, and sauces to your dishes.

Their self-service style goes well with their whole concept of street-side Japan!
