  • Sentro 1771 in Makati: Revolutionizing Filipino Cuisine
  • Without a doubt, Sentro 1771 revolutionized Filipino cuisine since its opening in 2002 by introducing the modern versions of beloved staples such as sinigang, crispy pata, beef tapa, and laing. It is the first to break the boundaries found in familiar homegrown recipes by infusing them with a delectably sophisticated and cosmopolitan flair.

The restaurant exudes the warmth of a traditional Filipino home, even before you’ve tasted its delicious offerings. With bright, inviting interiors, it’s the perfect spot to bring your family for a sumptuous lunch or dinner.

The rich, woody textures of the tables and chairs enhance the Filipino ambiance by adding a touch of elegance to the restaurant’s overall setup.
