Akitaya Japanese Restaurant in Makati
One of the specialties of the Akita Prefecture has been brought by Akitaya in Manila. That dish is called Kiritanpo.

Akitaya’s Kiritanpo Pot is about Php 1,300. It’s good for 2-3 persons. Chicken, fresh vegetables and glutinous rice are some of the ingredients included in this dish. Kiritanpo Skewers (P150/ 1 pc), on the other hand, have citron pepper, soy sauce and miso.
