Electric Garden in BGC: A Futuristic Dining Escape Where Technology, Nature, and Gastronomy Collide
Dining at Electric Garden is not simply about sitting down for a meal. It is an immersive experience designed to transport guests into another world, one where technology, storytelling, nature, and cuisine come together in a setting that feels both futuristic and deeply atmospheric.

The concept behind Electric Garden began in 2020, when the team spent two years working with chefs, architects, engineers, and animators to build a dining experience that combines gastronomy, technology, and storytelling.
Led by Arthur Cantor, the restaurateur behind Rue Bourbon, the idea was inspired by a setting from his next book, a post-apocalyptic bunker that transports diners into an unknown universe. This became the foundation of Electric Garden: a restaurant designed not only for dining, but for discovery, imagination, and sensory escape.
Its name reflects the two worlds that define the restaurant. “Electric” represents the use of breakthrough technology, including 3D mapping, lights, colors, and projections that create an immersive visual atmosphere.
“Garden,” on the other hand, represents its connection to nature and sustainability, seen in its rainforest-inspired interiors and lush al fresco spaces. Together, Electric Garden captures the restaurant’s vision of bringing innovation and nature into one unforgettable dining experience.
