  • Electric Garden in BGC: A Futuristic Dining Escape Where Technology, Nature, and Gastronomy Collide
  • Dining at Electric Garden is not simply about sitting down for a meal. It is an immersive experience designed to transport guests into another world, one where technology, storytelling, nature, and cuisine come together in a setting that feels both futuristic and deeply atmospheric.

The concept behind Electric Garden began in 2020, when the team spent two years working with chefs, architects, engineers, and animators to build a dining experience that combines gastronomy, technology, and storytelling.

Led by Arthur Cantor, the restaurateur behind Rue Bourbon, the idea was inspired by a setting from his next book, a post-apocalyptic bunker that transports diners into an unknown universe. This became the foundation of Electric Garden: a restaurant designed not only for dining, but for discovery, imagination, and sensory escape.

Its name reflects the two worlds that define the restaurant. “Electric” represents the use of breakthrough technology, including 3D mapping, lights, colors, and projections that create an immersive visual atmosphere.

“Garden,” on the other hand, represents its connection to nature and sustainability, seen in its rainforest-inspired interiors and lush al fresco spaces. Together, Electric Garden captures the restaurant’s vision of bringing innovation and nature into one unforgettable dining experience.

Its menu takes inspiration from two distinct culinary worlds: Modern European and Japanese cuisine. With a modern twist, the dishes highlight the elegance, precision, and creativity of both traditions.

Guests can look forward to delicately presented plates, bold flavors, and thoughtful combinations that turn every course into a culinary exploration. From succulent grilled meats and fresh seafood delicacies to sushi creations that highlight the delicate balance of umami, each dish is carefully crafted to deliver a memorable play of flavor, texture, and presentation.

Sushi makes a fitting start to the culinary journey at Electric Garden, especially for those who want to experience the restaurant’s Japanese influences first. Each piece is thoughtfully prepared to highlight the balance of fresh seafood, seasoned rice, and refined toppings, creating a flavorful bite that is delicate, precise, and satisfying.

For those who want to begin with Japanese flavors, the Aburi Ootoro Nigiri is a fantastic choice. Made with premium fatty tuna, it offers a rich, buttery texture and a delicate umami flavor that makes each bite feel indulgent yet refined.

For those who want something hearty, the A5 Wagyu Ribeye is a must-try—300 grams of intensely marbled beef grilled to perfection, offering a buttery-soft texture and rich, indulgent flavor.

Seafood lovers will definitely appreciate the Furikake Crusted Sea Bass, a tender, flaky seabass with a crisp furikake crust, served atop creamy mashed potatoes and finished with a miso garlic emulsion.

To complete the experience, Electric Garden also offers a selection of inventive, out-of-this-world cocktails designed to complement its dishes. These drinks add another layer to the restaurant’s imaginative concept, giving guests a full dining journey that is as visually striking as it is flavorful.

Alchemist Gold is a tropical, bold, and dazzling cocktail that brings together the depth of dark rum and cognac with the bright tang of lemon, the smooth sweetness of coconut syrup, and the sun-kissed fruitiness of pineapple juice. Timur berry cordial adds a distinctive aromatic lift, while bitters give the drink a refined finish.

Ultimately, Electric Garden invites diners to discover an entirely new experience around food and dining. It challenges the usual understanding of gastronomy by transforming a meal into a story, a spectacle, and a sensory adventure. With its fusion of technology, nature, creative design, and Modern European-Japanese cuisine, Electric Garden stands as a one-of-a-kind destination for those ready to see—and taste—something truly different.
