Hoshino Coffee, the newest coffee shop to grace Greenhills Mall in San Juan City, was founded in 2011 by Japan’s renowned restaurant chain management, Nippon Restaurant System, and takes inspiration from Doutor Coffee, one of the largest coffee chains in Japan.

The coffee beans used here are exclusively roasted Arabica beans, meticulously chosen by Master Kanno, their coffee blend specialist. Each cup of joe is crafted with care and precision using the hand-drip method to ensure a perfect brew that’s rich in flavor and aroma.
