PHILNOS Corporation and NOSPHIL Consultancy Services were established in 1990 and 2013, respectively, are both corporations, duly registered under the laws of the Philippine government, to provide local and international jobs, mainly to Filipino workers as well as help uplift the lives of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families.
Our companies has been engaging principally in deploying engineering professionals and skilled workers to various countries around the world, and supplying management and technical professionals for our foreign clients in the Philippines for more than 30 years.
Our core business is in the manpower supply, and we have built a good reputation in the fields of manpower supply and management as well as design engineering and project management services in 26 countries in the Near-Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Qatar, Syria, Oman, UAE, Oman, Iran, Turkey, Bahrain), Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Algeria), and Asia (Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, China and Russia).
In 1994, PHILNOS was licensed by the Philippine government’s Philippine Overseas Employment Agency-POEA (presently “Department of Migrant Workers”). We have been a recipient of numerous citations for our distinguished performance as a Manpower Supply and Management provider from POEA & Provincial Government of Cebu, the Safety organization of the Philippines.

We’ve been doing Survey, Engineering Design (planning, scheduling, documentation control, and piping design), Mechanical, Electrical Instrumentation, Procurement, Project Management, and O/M Training projects since 1991.
Line of Specialization/Various Projects Undertaken:
Petrochemical, oil and gas pipeline, airport, bridges, manufacturing, railway construction, insulation, school, construction project engineering nursery in the said 26 countries.
