  • Gallery Vask is named after their gallery that displays artworks of local and foreign artists, and this work changes every two months. Located at Bonifacio Global City, the restaurant offers courses of meals for each customers. The restaurant’s menu also constantly changes and evolves each time you visit. A brainchild of Spanish Chef Chele Gonzales, the dishes are made from  common ingredients used in the Philippines.

    This dish is called 500, a part of the Alamat course (Php 4,900)

    The restaurant was launch in 2013, it also made it to the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The annual event recognizes the restaurants around the world as the most credible indicator of the best places to eat on Earth. This year, Gallery Vask took the 35th spot as they raised four spots compared to their spot last year. The ceremony took place on February 21, 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand.

    Local chefs collaborate together with Chele Gonzalez for their dishes

    The interior features artworks and paintings from different artist both local and international. 

    As the menu changes each time, we can only look forward for more gastronomical dishes from Chef Chele Gonzales and his team.
