Gallery Vask in BGC is one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2017
The Gallery VASK, an “intimate gallery dining room space” located in Bonifacio Global City once again nailed the 35th slot in Asia’s Best Restaurants list for 2017.
Launched in 2013, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list is an annual snapshot of the opinions and experiences of almost 1,000 international restaurant industry experts. It is recognized around the world as the most credible indicator of the best places to eat on Earth and is the trusted arbiter of what matters in global cuisine. This year, the awarding ceremony was held in Bangkok, Thailand on February 21, Tuesday.
The Gallery VASK by Chef Chele Gonzales offers an intimate gastronomic experience built around Conceptual Cuisine. The prestigious bistro is known for serving “anthropological cuisine” and using fresh, indigenous products from the farmers and fishermen of the Philippines.
The Gallery VASK team is composed mostly of local Filipino chefs who collaborate and create together with Chele Gonzalez.
The Gallery VASK also claimed the 39th slot of the same prestigious list last 2016 and was also listed as one of the six inspirational restaurants in Australasia and Southeast Asia by The World’s 50 Best Diners Discovery Series.
