  • Baking Therapy by Healthy Options in Taguig Offers a Selection of Artisan Breads
  • Born from a love for baking, Baking Therapy by Healthy Options in Uptown Mall, Taguig City presents freshly baked goods that are both delicious and healthy.

Their artisanal bread is made with natural ingredients that cater to different diets—including keto and gluten-free diets.

Their bread is made fresh every day at their bakery in Quezon City before being delivered to the cafe first thing in the morning.

Since the cafe follows mall hours, it’s best to come when the mall opens to get the bread as soon as they arrive.

Baking Therapy takes pride in their gluten-free bread for which they have a specialized facility. They take extra measures to ensure that even the slightest contamination will not be possible.

Part of their gluten-free eats is the Gougeres (Php 125/four pcs). It is a savory French pastry that you can eat as is but can also be enjoyed with a variety of fillings like salmon (Php 180/four pcs) and four cheese (Php 180/four pcs)

Another highlight of their gluten-free collection is the Chocolate Cake (Php 220/slice; Php 1,950/whole). It is made of layers of decadent chocolate that everyone will surely enjoy.

It’s also worth noting that their cake is made with coconut sugar, which is one of the reasons why their cakes are not too sweet.

Offerings at the cafe do not stop with their gluten-free bread as they also have a variety of artisan bread and pastries.

Their Walnut Sourdough (Php 280), particularly, poses a nutty flavor while being moist and crunchy. You would want to pair it with coffee or tea!

They also have the Demi Baguette (Php 95), which has that crisp that a baguette is known for while still remaining smooth and crusty.

Finally, their croissant variant Pan Chocolat (Php 110) is soft and flaky and is filled with a generous amount of chocolate.
