    Recommended from their menu is their Sanzokuyaki (P300), a Nagano specialty of chicken marinated in soy, sake and garlic, deep-fried until golden. It is a house special of Zipang. If one is craving for fish, one must order their Shake Shioyaki (P250), which is buttered and grilled salmon fillet.

    All of the ingredients used in their food is given a close inspection by the chef, who has a wide knowledge in agriculture. For a group of five or more, there is a 5% off on the course menu. Try to find your favorite from the wide selection of their offering!
