    Together, with his award-winning culinary team, Chef Godfrey has developed and perfected Casa Buenas’ unique Filipino menu with strong influence of Spanish cuisine, using local ingredients and heirloom recipes!

    As such, the restaurant has been known to serve sumptuous Filipino cooking with a delicate mix of Eastern and Western techniques. Among its range of offerings include an array of gastronomic dishes from appetizers to soups and salads, to savory mains, grilled meat, seafood specialties, and succulent desserts.

    Among their signature dishes include the Tuna Tartare Kilawin with coconut cream pinakurat, a spicy and tangy combination that will make your mouth water for more. Meanwhile, if you’re craving for an elevated version of Filipino street foods, the Okoy de Pulpo, served with octopus and squid ink sofrito, is definitely a great choice!

    Sinuglaw Grilled Pork and Tuna Ceviche, on the other hand, combines savory and citrusy flavors as the dish features marinated U.S. Pork, fresh tuna, as well as toyomansi (soy sauce and calamansi) gelee with citrus water.

    For lovers of the Filipino staple, sinigang with its sour broth, you should try Casa Buenas’ Coconut Pork Sinigang with pork belly simmered in coconut tamarind and taro broth. Now, if you want something heartier, don’t forget to indulge on their Grilled U.S. Angus Beef Ribeye Steak with orange compound butter, vegetables, complemented by three (3) sauces.
