    “APU” means “Granny” in the Pampanga language. Although the restaurant looks very high-class, they offer relaxed home-style dishes. One of their best sellers is APU’s Seafood Kare-Kare cooked with plump, succulent fresh shrimps, veggies, and bright orange colored sauce. It has that distinct creamy flavor which makes it more appetizing. It is also served with homemade bagoong.

    Another recommended dish is Kinilaw na Tanigue. This Ceviche style fish pickle is made with white meat row fish and coconut vinegar. Last, but definitely not the least, one should try their sisig. This sizzling delicacy is a favorite of both locals and foreigners so you should not miss out on this one.
