    • Bono Artisanal Gelato is a Filipino brand that boasts of serving authentic, artisanal Italian gelato that taste like no other. As their tagline suggests, all gelato is made from the finest all-natural ingredients, sourced from different parts of the world. They don’t add anything artificial and “unreal.” The process, however, takes days to finish. They use pozzetto cabinets as storage because it can preserve a constant temperature and ensure the least amount of air and light contamination. They make it daily and traditionally, like how it is done in Italy where the gelato originated.
