  • La Cabrera Manila in Makati: Serving Authentic Asado Steaks
  • Argentine steaks and grilling known as asado are celebrated worldwide for their unique flavor and preparation techniques. Argentine beef is renowned for its quality, coming from grass-fed cattle raised on the Pampas, which gives the meat a rich, grassy flavor. The grilling process itself is distinct—typically, large cuts of meat are slow-cooked over wood-fired grills to deepen the flavors and make the meat incredibly tender. This is exactly what La Cabrera Manila brings to the Philippines.
