Entering Helm gives its guests a glimpse into the mind of Chef Josh Boutwood, where every aspect of food and hospitality mirrors his creative vision. Kintsugi, the Japanese tradition of repairing broken pottery with gold, is beautifully echoed in its floors with the use of molten copper.

While Helm does not pertain to a specific cuisine, their courageous stride to explore multiple cultures is evident in their thematic menu that changes every four months. In fact, in one of their innovative offerings, they hosted a degustation inspired by the Star Wars movies.

Now, Helm aims to delight their guests with a new theme centered around street food from across the globe. This immersive experience will run throughout September, inviting guests to embark on yet another culinary adventure with the chef through his culinary masterpieces.
This special menu will also feature their unique take on takoyaki, a beloved Japanese street food made of savory octopus-filled batter, using premium ingredients flown directly from Japan. Additionally, many of their dishes feature exquisite ingredients also sourced from Japan to ensure the highest quality, including A5-grade, dry-aged wagyu.
As a nod to Filipino street food, Helm will also give a spin to a selection of Filipino snacks including lumpia (spring rolls), isaw (skewered chicken or pork intestines), chicharon (pork cracklings), and kwek kwek (deep-fried quail eggs in orange batter).
