The jamonería carries one of the best brands in Spain, Enrique Tomas, which offers three kinds of jamón: the Gran Reserva (white pig), the Ibérico Cebo (Iberian pig), and the top-of-the-line Ibérico de Bellota (pure-bred Iberian pig). Txanton carries the best jamón Ibérico from the four regions in Spain allowed to produce jamón Ibérico de Bellota: Guijelo, Huelva, Valle de los Pedroches, and Extremadura.

Txanton also has a variety of premium steak cuts like the Spanish Beef Sirloin Bone In 30 Days Dry Aged (Php 6,300/1kg), perfect for those wanting to feast on hearty steaks.
