Illo’s Home came to life, when Chef Saturnino Rovillos, known to many as “Chef N”, pursued his first love: cooking. As the founder and CEO of the restaurant, Chef N made sure his passion emanates not only from each plate that comes out of his kitchen, but also from the home he built.
