Asador Alfonso’s menu is a celebration of authentic Spanish flavors with a focus on traditional roasting techniques. Start your meal with appetizers like Boquerones (Php 380), a delightful appetizer comprised of marinated anchovies on wood-fired bread, or the Jamon de Wagyu (Php 1350), an indulgent take on cured ham that uses Japanese A5 Wagyu that truly melts in your mouth.
