Born from the creative minds of chef Chele Gonzalez and architect Carlo Calma, Asador Alfonso is located within The Lava Rock, a lush 9.4-hectare farm of the Calmas. Its architectural design has a rugged, dramatic structure surrounded by lush greenery–the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the Metro.

Asador Alfonso’s menu is a celebration of authentic Spanish flavors with a focus on traditional roasting techniques. Start your meal with appetizers like Boquerones (Php 380), a delightful appetizer comprised of marinated anchovies on wood-fired bread, or the Jamon de Wagyu (Php 1350), an indulgent take on cured ham that uses Japanese A5 Wagyu that truly melts in your mouth. These starters uses the finest ingredients imported from Spain to ensure genuine tastes, and are a perfect prelude to the main courses.

For the mains, Asador Alfonso specializes in slow-roasted dishes such as the Lechazo (Php 7900), a tender suckling lamb roasted to perfection, and Cochinillo (starts at Php 3800), the classic Spanish suckling pig with crispy skin and tender meat. Another highlight is the Carabinero (Php 2900), Spanish red prawns that are lightly grilled and packed with flavors of the sea.

With seating for 40 – 50 guests in the main dining area and additional private spaces, Asador Alfonso is also an ideal venue for special events and gatherings. The outdoor area near the pool offers a scenic spot for cocktails and al fresco dining. The management encourages reservations to ensure a well-prepared and personalized experience. For a taste of Spain in a sophisticated dining space, Asador Alfonso is a culinary destination worth the drive.
