The restaurant has been around since 1967, and was originally named after a push-cart vendor named Laura Cristobal. From then Carinderya, the third generation restaurant has now established loyal patrons and tourists as well, with their special and wide array of dishes.

For refreshments, you can choose from iced tea, orange juice, and coffee. Just add P30 for bottomless drinks.
