4. SHIRAISHI of Tokyo
Opened in September 2025 on the first floor of Brittany Hotel in BGC, Shiraishi of Tokyo is a yakitori specialty restaurant helmed by a seasoned Japanese chef.
Each skewer is carefully grilled over charcoal using premium ingredients, including free-range chicken imported directly from Japan. The restaurant offers two omakase-style yakitori courses: Silver (Php 3,000) and Golden (Php 5,000).
