Here’s a rundown of the Holy Week schedules for restaurants, malls, and key establishments in Metro Manila, so you can plan your visits and activities accordingly.
MITSUKOSHI BGC
For fans of the first Japanese-inspired lifestyle mall in the Philippines, please note that MITSUKOSHI BGC is closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday (April 17 & 18). They will reopen on Black Saturday (April 19) and Easter Sunday (April 20) from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

For major malls located in Makati City, including Glorietta, Greenbelt, One Ayala, and Circuit Makati, these establishments will be closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday (April 17 & 18). SM Aura will be open to the public from April 14 to 16, operating from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In observance of Holy Week, the mall will be closed on April 17 and 18.

Another well-loved ramen house in the Metro has announced its Holy Week schedule. Marudori Ramenba at G/F 8 Rockwell Center, Plaza Drive, Makati City will be closed on April 17, while their Salcedo Village branch, located on the ground floor of V. Corporate Center Building, Soliman Street, will open later that day at 2:00 p.m.

Unlike other ramen restaurants that use pork bone as soup base, Marudori Ramenba gained popularity for its servings of paitan ramen which are characterized by its rich broth made by simmering chicken bone and meat for long periods of time. - Mendokoro BGC will have an early closure at 8:00 p.m. on April 17
Looking ahead to April 19 (Black Saturday), both Ramen Yushoken Alabang and Mendokoro Alabang will be opening later than usual, starting service at 12:00 noon. Be sure to plan your visits accordingly and enjoy your ramen fix this Holy Week!
Hanamaruken Ramen
The Hanamaruken Ramen branches at Estancia, Alabang Town Center, Trinoma, and Santolan Town Plaza will be closed from April 17 to 18 in observance of Holy Week. These locations will resume regular operating hours on April 19, except for the Santolan Town Plaza branch, which will open from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on that day.

Meanwhile, Hanamaruken Ramen in Serendra will be open on April 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will be closed on April 18, Friday. They will be back to regular operating hours starting April 19, 2025.
