    With the abudance of great Japanese restaurants in Makati, it’s pretty hard to choose where to go, but if you’re in the area and are craving for good, high-end Japanese food, you should visit Daimasu at Allegro Center for the ultimate Kaiseki experience.

    Daimasu offers authentic, traditionally-made Japanese dishes crafted with seasonal ingredients to ensure quality and freshness, a true mark of washoku. All dishes are beautifully arranged, from the appetizers and grilled dishes to the sushi.

    The high-quality ingredients are sourced directly from Japan, enabling skilled chefs to prepare them using traditional Japanese techniques that enhance their natural flavors.

    Budget, Private Rooms, and Corkage Fees

    If you’re ready to indulge in premium kaiseki with your friends, family, or even colleagues, Daimasu offers a range of dining experiences to suit various preferences and budgets. The prices for the à la carte menu are around Php 4,000, while the omakase course options are available at Php 5,000, Php 8,000, and Php 10,000, allowing guests to choose between individual dishes or a curated tasting menu.

    They even have three (3) private rooms that can each accommodate six (6) guests, along with a large private room for 16, which can be divided for smaller groups of eight. For those seeking a more exclusive experience, the entire restaurant is available for rental upon request.

    Meanwhile, for those who would like to bring in their favorite drinks at Daimasu, a corkage fee of Php 1,000 will apply.
