  • MITSUKOSHI BGC has been making rounds since its soft opening on November 18, 2022, for being the first Japanese-inspired lifestyle mall in the Philippines! With its grand opening on July 21, 2023, those visiting Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig might be wondering what is in store for them in this new, luxurious shopping destination in Manila.

    Exploring MITSUKOSHI BGC

    Presenting itself as the “Next Manila Lifestyle”, MITSUKOSHI BGC is an upscale shopping destination with approximately 120 stores from Japan and the Philippines. This exquisite mall showcases innovative and premium lifestyle concepts, providing a diverse range of experiences centered around “food and beauty.”

    The mall is currently open from the first basement floor to the second floor of The Seasons Residences, a residential complex consisting of four buildings with a total of approximately 1,400 units!

    GF (Ground Floor)

    The Ground Floor of MITSUKOSHI BGC is mainly comprised of fashion-related shops, cafes, and popular restaurants such as Prologue and Mendokoro. Noteworthy on this floor is MITSUKOSHI Beauty, which has a wide selection of Japanese beauty products that cannot be purchased from other stores in the Philippines.

    2F (Second Floor)

    What is perhaps the highlight of MITSUKOSHI BGC’s second floor is the Kinokuniya, a popular bookstore chain in Japan, and the first Kinokuniya in the Philippines that carries Japanese books. Aside from this, you may also check out El Born, a Spanish restaurant serving Catalan Mediterranean cuisine, and % Arabica, a popular cafe that offers an array of coffee drinks and refreshments.

    For those who love Korean cuisine, you may also try Giwon Korean Steakhouse that offers a delightful fusion of Korean, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines at MITSUKOSHI BGC. Giwon presents a unique dining experience by blending the best of three countries, with the added sophistication of a steakhouse and the traditional charm of a yakiniku restaurant.

    B1 (Basement 1)

    Upon reaching the Basement Floor of MITSUKOSHI BGC, don’t forget to stop by MITSUKOSHI FRESH supermarket, which offers a wide selection of Japanese products and ingredients.
