Shortcrust Bakery is a well-established cake shop known for its Lantern Cake. It is a cake decorated using sugar craft with a lighted lamp inside. It competed in the World Tournament of Pastry and is now one of the cake decorations being taught in workshops. It is highly recommended for weddings, birthdays, and other events.
