is a luxurious dish with tuna chunks, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, sea urchin, and clams.
Sugi’s Fried Tempura
that uses flour from Japan, which is the reason for its irresistible crunchy taste.
Furthermore, this restaurant’s main menu, ‘Kaminabe,’ is introduced by Sugi in the Philippines. Kaminabe is a dish cooked onto a ‘paper’ instead of a pan.
Finally, Kuzukuri is also served in this restaurant and this dish has high quality beef and simmered with tofu, green onions, shitake mushrooms, and others.
