Ho-Land sells goodies like sweets, bread and other Chinese food in general, all neatly packed in individual wrappers. The classic hopia is the most popular treat among the customers. A popular side dish is the Chinese Chimaki Machang (Photo 4). It is sticky rice that has been seasoned and wrapped in bamboo leaves. It is usually bought as snack by regular customers.
