  • Established by Carmelo Santiago in 1987, Melo’s, dubbed as the home of Certified Angus Beed and Wagyu, is the first restaurant that introduced Certified Angus Beef to the Philippines.

    MELO’S in Burgos Circle

Aside from being known as one of the best places in the country to savor authentic Wagyu beef, what’s more exciting about this restaurant is the complete freedom they give to their customers. Clients get to choose their preferred cut and thickness of the meat from the steak cart that is presented to them before grilling. There is a variety of steak arrangements that the owner makes for the clients to choose from. There is a chef’s monthly special, too.

With branches in Westgate Alabang, Quezon City, Makati, and the Fort, Melo’s is committed to ensuring every customer’s pleasurable dining experience.

“We are confident that our customers will love our Wagyu steaks because we serve them nothing less than high quality beef, which get from our own exclusive supplier. But beyond the great food, we uphold the family tradition of providing personalized service.”
