  • Chelsea Kitchen is another Raintree Group offering that is the more casual version of its Chelsea Grand Café. The concept for it, according to the company’s Corporate Chef Kalel Chan, is like ‘extension of the kitchen’ – open, casual, engaging.

    Its flagship branch occupies an inviting space at the ground floor near the main entrance of SM Megamall Fashion Hall in Mandaluyong City while its 2nd branch is located in Eastwood Mall Libis, Quezon City.

    Chelsea Kitchen has a funky and friendly vibe with its no-walls design, stylishly put together modern pieces, and breezy set-up. There’s an open kitchen where diners can have a snap of the dishes to be served and savor the aroma of the freshly-baked breads and pastries on display along with colorful fruits and chilled cakes.

    Enjoy their refreshing and nutritious signature dish The CK Chicken Salad (P250), the mix-your-own-salad specialty that consists of char-grilled pesto chicken, Asian slaw, peanut plum dressing, fresh basil, cilantro and mint. For some delightful bites, prepare to get hooked with their savory sans the guilty pleasure Mushroom Chicharon (P 195), this oyster mushroom crackling coated with special flour mixes is served with basil pesto aioli and spiced red vinegar dip.

    Chelsea Kitchen doesn’t disappoint pasta and pizza lovers with their new dishes Roasted Seafood Cioppino (P425) made from pesto spaghetti, pomodoro sauce, herb croutons and fresh lemon, and Chorizo and Garlic Pizza (P350), their delectably-concocted, stone-fired and freshly-made signature pizza. Another must-try and best for heavy eaters Triple Decker Club Melt (P320), a 2-piece, three-tiered large sandwich made with grilled pesto chicken, farmer’s ham, egg salad, American cheddar, romaine and tomatoes served with house made fresh cut fries.

    You will also enjoy their Fried Chicken Parmigiana (P320) made with tender breaded fried chicken fillet, herb crumbs, smothered with white sauce and melted mozzarella. A good option too is their local-inspired dish with a modern take, Jones Tapa & Fried Egg (P320) cooked with rich garlic flavor.
