Da Gianni Cucina Italiana is co-owned by Filipino-Italian celebrity Matteo Guidicelli. A tribute to Guidicelli’s late grandfather, the restaurant offers authentic Italian dishes that follow the farm-to-table concept.
Their must-try Vongole has a mild seafood taste complemented by the robust aroma and flavor of olive oil and herbs. Butamaru is a ramen joint in Westgate, Alabang that specializes in pork-based broth. It is inspired by the variations of Hakata style ramen from Fukuoka prefecture, Japan. Meanwhile, the name was derived from ‘Buta’, which means pork, and ‘Maru’, which means circle in Japanese.
