Caviar Restaurant and Champagne Bar is a high-end French-Mediterranean restaurant in Alabang handled by a pair of Dutchmen, Bastiaan and Frank van der Walle. Bastiaan acts as the general manager and sommelier, while his brother Frank is the executive chef.
Inside is a homely lounge that looks like a living room and a bar as one, while on the other side is a luxurious dining area. Separating the two sections is a magnificent wine cellar made of glass. If you prefer a more private dinner, you can choose the seats close to the wall.
