Originally established in 1977, Whistlestop is the first 24-hour business in Manila. It closed in 2005, but was revived again in 2009 with three of the original chefs leading the kitchen.
Their comeback has been a resounding success. Now with three branches, this restaurant continues to serve comfort food to all night owls. From Philippine and Singaporean cuisine to American hamburgers, people can enjoy different international dishes from their rich menu. Their Crispy Pata Medium (P380) has such crispy skin that’s so addicting. On the other hand, the Morning Lightweight (P165), corned beef hash and eggs with rice, is also a great dish to start the day!
Their Jupiter joint is one open space with no doors, so you can see family and friends enjoying themselves upon entering. They also have separate areas for smokers and non-smokers.
