  • The Cellar in Grand Hyatt Manila: Dining in Style with Mediterranean Cuisine and Premium Wines
  • Mirroring your traditional European wine cellars with sophisticated wrought iron storage gates and elegant dimly lit interiors, The Cellar located at Level 2 of Grand Hyatt Manila in Taguig City has that laid back and sultry appeal, sought after by guests.

The Cellar draws you in with its elegant poise, delicious atmosphere, and its mouthwatering wines and Mediterranean dishes

To add to this, The Cellar mostly offers Mediterranean cuisine, but they also showcase other dishes like Paella, Baked Camembert, as well as pork belly, chicken, and tapas. These meals are perfect while relaxing with a glass of premium wine from their wide collection of over 120 wines on the list.

Meanwhile, bottles of local craft beers brewed exclusively for them by the Engkanto Brewery can also be savored at The Cellar.

Overall, a dinner for two at The Cellar, which is inclusive of drinks, appetizer, main course, and dessert, costs around Php 2,500 only.

Business meetings and casual dinners are usually held in The Cellar’s most sought after Private Dining Room, which can seat up to 18 people, as well as The Cellar’s Wine Room A seating up to 8, and Wine Room B carrying a capacity of 10.

One of the main features of The Cellar is that every Sundays, the Brunch at 8th Ave. combines The Cellar with The Grand Kitchen, making it an altogether unique experience combining great taste with sophisticated dining.

The Grand Kitchen of Grand Hyatt Manila makes each dining experience personal and interactive with its open kitchen where guests can easily communicate their requests to the chef

What’s more is that every month, a wine appreciation event called “The Cellar Talk” is held where guests gather to try different wines, while a sommelier explains the varieties of these wines and how they are made.

To add to this, The Cellar also boasts of their top of the quality digital technology with Vinu serving as the guests’ digital sommelier, where customers can customize their wine options based on their quality, price range, and even the celebrities who drink them.

So if you so desire to take a nightcap, visit Grand Hyatt’s The Cellar, providing you with delicious Mediterranean cuisine and premium wines in style from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. every day.
