The restaurant is known for its unique approach to spicy ramen, offering spice levels that range from a mild Level 1 to the daring Level 4, allowing diners to tailor their experience to their spice tolerance.

Among the must-try dishes is the Ebi Miso Ramen. This ramen features a flavorful combination of seafood and Japanese miso, complemented by a mix of vegetable, tender kakuni, and wantan toppings. The rich, savory taste of the broth pairs perfectly with the noodles, making it a favorite for seafood enthusiasts.

For a creamier and milder option, the Tantamen, offers a rich and velvety soup made with homemade sesame paste. Its subtle spice and creamy texture make it an ideal choice for those who enjoy a gentler heat in their ramen.

To complete the meal, Ramen Shibire also offers two delightful side dishes. The Ooban Gyoza features a fresh mixture of chicken and vegetables, made upon order for maximum flavor. These dumplings are the perfect savory addition to any ramen dish.

Palm Grill in Quezon City is a one-of-a-kind dining destination that brings the authentic cuisine of South of Mindanao to Luzon. Established in 2017, Palm Grill proudly serves the rich flavors, vibrant culture, and storied history of the Zambasulta region—Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi—offering diners a rare opportunity to explore Southern Mindanaon dishes without leaving Metro Manila. Known as the only authentic Southern Mindanaon restaurant in Luzon, Palm Grill goes beyond simply serving food. It showcases culinary traditions deeply rooted in Tausug and Zamboangueño heritage, highlighting ingredients and cooking techniques that are not commonly found in mainstream Filipino restaurants. A must-try for first-time diners is the Dulang (Php 1,119)—a specialty tray traditionally served during royal banquets. This curated sampler features a variety of Palm Grill’s signature dishes, making it the perfect introduction to the bold and layered flavors of Zambasulta cuisine. Presented generously and meant for sharing, it reflects the communal spirit of Southern dining. Another standout is the Tiyula Itum (Php 560), a striking black beef soup from the Tausug community. For something hearty and satisfying, the Beef Satti (Php 300) delivers skewered beef served with a flavorful sauce that perfectly balances sweet, savory, and spicy notes. It’s a beloved Southern staple that captures the bold personality of Mindanao’s cuisine. Through its thoughtfully prepared dishes and dedication to authenticity, Palm Grill continues to champion the culinary identity of Zambasulta. For diners in Quezon City seeking flavors beyond the usual Filipino fare, Palm Grill offers an immersive experience—where history, culture, and cuisine come together in every bite.
