Despite the Spanish-sounding name, Casa Verde is an all-out American food shop located on the second floor of UP Town Center. Stepping inside the place, it gives out the typical American casual dining vibe. Add to that the huge servings their menu offers, reminiscent of the American food lifestyle where bigger is better. Their bestseller boasting with a tagline “Once you taste me, you’ll never forget me,” Brian’s Ribs (P250) are pork ribs baked to perfection, using meat imported from the United States, served with sweet sauce, rice and a side dish of corn and carrots.
