Aside from this, its range of Japanese and Spanish dishes adds even more depth to the experience, offering guests a menu that reflects the restaurant’s unique fusion concept.

To start, guests may try the Pulpo Nipon, a flavorful dish made with tender octopus paired with ponzu-miso, tomato salsa, and togarashi. The combination brings together bright, savory, and slightly spicy notes, making it a fitting introduction to Nipona’s Japanese and Spanish-inspired menu.

Moving on to the mains, the Seafood Curry Negra is another dish worth trying. It brings together the richness of Japanese curry and the bold depth of Spanish squid ink, resulting in a dish that is both deeply savory and full of character. Well-balanced and intensely flavorful, it easily stands out as one of the highlights on Nipona’s main menu.
