    Crispy Pata (Php 555 regular, Php 695 family), for instance, is known as Kuya J’s specialty. The golden and crispy pork leg is perfectly-cooked, usually served with mixed soy and vinegar dip to make it more flavorful. This one’s more enjoyable when paired with rice!
