Cafe de Bonifacio’s Lumpia (photo 1) is similar to a spring roll that is then cut and arranged beautifully, making it easy to eat. This restaurant’s Tilapia (photo 2), which looks like it’s going to swim at any moment, is a dish that is very tasty up to its tail!
