  • Toby’s Estate in Legaspi Village Roasts Specialty Coffee from the Land Down Under
  • Toby’s Estate is a specialty coffee shop hailing from Sydney, Australia that was born out of a passion.

It established a legacy in the trade over 15 years ago when its founder, Toby Smith, left his law career and ventured into learning everything about coffee.

They take pride in sourcing their coffee from respected farmers around the globe, which they roast with precision to bring out their unique flavors.

For Toby’s Estate, coffee is something that anyone can learn and appreciate more and more as they gain familiarity with it.

Now a popular go-to place for business professionals and residents around Legaspi Village, Toby’s Estate is simply best-known for their indulgent coffee selections and breakfast choices that never fail to complete one’s morning routine.

Start your morning with a cup of Flat White (Php 170), an espresso-based drink with steamed milk and a thin layer of microfoam.

Their Matcha (Php 180) is another no-nonsense choice for those who opt to go caffeine-free for the day.
